Paid to enter captchas

digitare captcha

Lately I'm testing Mega TYPERS , a site that pays you for transcribing the so-called captchas (an acronym for "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart") used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human.

The website (available in several languages including: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Hindi , etc ....) is quite simple and intuitive. It has a very detailed guide with instructions that you are strongly recommended to read carefully!

This site is not completely compatible with Internet Explorer. It works better with Chrome.

The job consist in transcribing each displayed code (captcha) in max 15 seconds. You are required to type upper and lower case and any spaces between words.
If it takes too long you are "kicked" (forced to interrupt); codes typed up to that point are still accredited.
In case of multiple "kicks" you will be temporarily suspended and finally banned from the site.

You may skip those codes that are too difficult to read and transcribe, but if you use that function too often, you are "kicked".
From what I could see it is preferable to try and type the code rather than skip it ... I tried to do so in some cases, and even if the codes were surely wrong, I was allowed to go on .... Don't do it too often, though! You are strongly recommended not to type "rubbish" and you may be banned. Avoid to do it as long as you can.
Anyway, your work is checked and revised every now and then, and you are credited only for correct entries.

The paid amounts vary depending on day-time: from a min. $ 0.45 to a maximum of $ 1.20 per 1000 captchas solved.

Every 20 minutes "contests" take place: the player who digits the highest amount of correct captchas, he wins. Obviously the winner gets his captchas payed plus the prize; the losers don't get anything.

Payments are made weekly, every Monday, as long as you achieve at least $ 3.00. You can choose to be paid via PayPal, Perfect Money, AlertPay, Webmoney, BitCoin or Western Union.

How much can you earn?:
On the website you'll find that the top typers reach between $ 100 and $ 250 a month .... I personally made up to $ 0.25-0.30 per hour .... Not worth my time.... It may depend on the fact that the images did not always appear one after the other; sometime you have to wait few minutes before a new captcha becomes available.

I'll work on it during spare times, at least until I reach the $ 3....

If you decide to try it, use this code to register:  A4D4.   You will be asked upon registration.

About me

earn online
Many websites provide information on how to earn money online.
Some of them are useful other a little less.

So I thought that writing about my experiences, might help readers to find their own way.

All listed sites have been personally tested; you'll find my thoughts and opinions. It does not mean that others might have experienced the same sites in a different way.

This "guide" is not intended to be complete and exhaustive; sites and possibilities are too many to even remotely be able to test them all...
It will be a "work in progress" blog, with lists updated as long as sites are being tested.

I'm not going to give a try to all those sites that require registration fees or any kind of investment before you can earn.

The listed sites always offers free membership and no expense at all!

Another thing to better keep in mind: it is really difficult to reach a consistent amount of money working on these sites; consider them as an extra revenue generator.

PS: sometimes I will provide website links which include my "referral code" as some sites give to the referee incentives based on the number of people you enroll. So if you think that my guide is somewhat useful, click on the links to sign up. Thank you!
